    1. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, you may return your item(s) within 14  days of delivery.

      Important Notes

      -Hats and branded apparel (Purple, God Speed, Ksubi, etc.) are eligible for exchange only and cannot be refunded.

      -A 5% restocking fee will apply to all returns.

      -Customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchanges.

      Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

      To qualify, items must be returned in the same condition you received them—unused, unworn, and free from visible damage—with the original packaging and proof of purchase.

      Refund Process

      Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund (minus the restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note, your bank may take additional time to process the credit. We cannot be held responsible for any bank charges incurred during this process.
